I see that look. That look has Cabin Fever written all over it! Winter has now officially overstayed any compliments about pretty snow or sweater weather. You are now wishing you could have gone back to bed like whichever groundhog you follow for the forecast. Even hot cocoa in front of a fire has lost its charm, hasn't it? Yeah, Cabin Fever.
Now, while I can't give you sunshine, green grass, or warm breezes, I did make sure to include some ideas to help you battle back the blahs. My suggestion is to start with the one that makes you roll your eyes and say "Yeah, right. Like I'd ever do that! They'd call me crazy!" You'll know it when you see it. ~Brittney
I'm not sure what the weather people are saying in your area but I am absolutely sure that whatever sort of February you are looking at will benefit from a bit of creativity and a nice cup of hot cocoa!
Remember to send your answers and project photos along with any comments, suggestions, or ideas you would like to see in the future (you will be given credit) to the e-mail address found throughout the pages.
Most of all, ENJOY! ~Brittney

How are you enjoying incorporating music into your writing? Do you find it helpful? Did you run off on a "one more song!" search that led you to some very different stories than you usually write? I hope so!
Now that you get how the tone of the story can be influenced by music, let's talk theme songs!
Get comfy and let's create some characters based on different types of music.

Welcome to week two of Kickstarts! Did you have all sorts of fun with last week's mission to bring your everyday objects to life? Did you greet any by name as you passed by? If so, tell them hello for me, too!
This week is all about travel. Everything surrounding you came from someplace else. In other words, it has a built in story or backstory to tell! It's up to you to share the story of how the things around you came to be where they are!
The adventure awaits your writing hand! Let's get going! ~Brittney
